Quick 1T Black Accelerated Cooking Oven

Ideal for restaurants, pubs, cafeterias, supermarkets, or fast food establishments, this Quick 1T Black Accelerated Cooking Oven features an adjustable temperature range from 100°C to 275°C in 1°C increments. It is particularly efficient and guarantees cooking up to 10 times faster than a conventional oven. Its accelerated cooking technology combines two heating technologies: 3D impingement and convection. Finally, its air distribution system is done by 3D impingement.

Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, its cavity and casing ensure robustness and durability. Furthermore, its cavity is fully removable and includes large rounded edges to facilitate cleaning. This oven has a cavity of 31 cm in an installation surface of 40 cm wide. It is also stackable and suitable for a 600 mm countertop. It also has an easy-to-access air filter.

Moreover, this accelerated cooking oven remains cool to the touch for optimal safety. Intuitive and easy to use, it features a 6.8-inch color TFT touchscreen and allows you to store 1024 recipes with one step per cooking program and usage instructions for each step.

This professional oven has several programs facilitating its operation: the CoolDown for cooling the inner cooking cavity, the Plug & Play for quick service start-up, or the Multicook for simultaneous cooking. Equipped with the JustInTime system, it has a USB connection to load all your recipes into the oven.

Delivered with a flat baking tray, a full-size support peel with side walls, a full-size solid base basket, and a non-stick coating for the baking tray.

For the proper warranty of the appliance, maintenance with MFMYCHA063 detergent tablets is recommended, any other product used that would cause damage is discouraged.
