Quick 1 Red Accelerated Cooking Oven

This Quick 1 Red Accelerated Cooking Oven is ideal for restaurants, pubs, cafeterias, supermarkets, or fast food establishments. Its cavity and casing are particularly robust and durable as they are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Additionally, its accelerated cooking technology combines two heating technologies: a 3D Impingement air distribution system and convection. Its temperature range is adjustable from 100°C to 275°C in 1°C increments.

Efficient, it ensures cooking up to 10 times faster than a conventional oven. Moreover, this oven has a 31 cm cavity within a 40 cm wide installation surface. Easy to clean, this cavity is fully removable and includes large rounded edges. Its air filter is also easily accessible for user comfort. Furthermore, the exterior of the oven remains cool to the touch for optimal safety.

This accelerated cooking oven is suitable for a 600 mm countertop. It is also stackable to ensure some space-saving. Additionally, it features an electronic control system, an LED screen, and 8 quick access buttons. It also allows the storage of up to 40 recipes with one step per cooking program. Finally, it includes temperature indicators for preheating, ready to use, and cooling.

Furthermore, this oven is equipped with a Plug & Play system allowing for a quick start of service. Its CoolDown program ensures the cooling of the inner cooking cavity before you can remove it for cleaning. Finally, the device emits a visual and acoustic signal to indicate the end of cooking.

Delivered with a flat baking tray, a full-size support-protected peel with side walls, a full-size solid base basket, and a non-stick coating for the baking tray.

For the proper warranty of the device, maintenance with MFMYCHA063 detergent tablets is recommended, any other product used that would cause damage is discouraged.
