Quick 1T Red Accelerated Cooking Oven

This Quick 1T Red Accelerated Cooking Oven is ideal for restaurants, pubs, cafeterias, supermarkets, or fast food establishments. Its accelerated cooking technology combines two heating technologies: convection and 3D impingement. It features an adjustable temperature range from 100°C to 275°C in 1°C increments. Its air distribution system is done by 3D impingement.

Efficient, this accelerated cooking oven ensures cooking up to 10 times faster than a conventional oven. It includes a cavity of 31 cm in an installation surface of 40 cm wide. Moreover, its cavity and casing are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, a material that is both strong and durable. To facilitate cleaning, the cavity is fully removable and has large rounded edges.

Stackable, this oven is suitable for a 600 mm worktop. Additionally, it has an easily accessible air filter. For optimal safety, the exterior of the oven remains cool to the touch. Simple to use and intuitive, this accelerated cooking oven is equipped with a 6.8-inch color TFT touchscreen. Furthermore, it allows the storage of up to 1024 recipes with one step per cooking program and usage instructions for each step.

Additionally, it is equipped with a Plug & Play system for quick service startup as well as Multicook for simultaneous cooking. The CoolDown program ensures the cooling of the inner cooking cavity. Finally, this oven is equipped with a JustInTime system and a USB connection to load all your recipes into the oven.

Delivered with a flat baking tray, a full-size support peel with side walls, a full-size solid base basket, and a non-stick coating for the baking tray.

For the proper warranty of the appliance, maintenance with MFMYCHA063 detergent tablets is recommended, any other product used that would cause damage is discouraged.
