Quick 1 Black Accelerated Cooking Oven

This Quick 1 Black Accelerated Cooking Oven is perfectly suited for restaurants, pubs, cafeterias, supermarkets, or fast food establishments. Efficient, it features accelerated cooking technology combining two heating technologies: a 3D Impingement air distribution system and convection. Moreover, it guarantees cooking up to 10 times faster than a conventional oven. Robust and durable, its cavity and casing are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

Furthermore, this oven has an adjustable temperature range of 100°C to 275°C in 1°C increments. It also includes a Plug & Play system for quick service startup and a CoolDown program for cooling the inner cooking cavity before removing it for cleaning. Additionally, its inner cavity is fully removable and features large rounded edges for easy cleaning. This professional oven has a 31 cm cavity in a 40 cm wide installation surface.

Moreover, it has an easily accessible air filter for user comfort. For added safety, the exterior of the oven remains cool to the touch. Simple to use and intuitive, this professional oven includes an electronic control system, 8 quick access buttons as well as an LED screen. Finally, it is stackable and suitable for a 600 mm worktop.

This accelerated cooking oven also allows you to store 40 recipes with one step per cooking program. It also includes temperature indicators for preheating, ready to use, and cooling. Finally, the device emits an acoustic and visual signal when cooking is complete.

Delivered with a flat baking tray, a full-size support peel with side walls, a full-size solid base basket, and a non-stick coating for the baking tray.

For the proper warranty of the device, maintenance with MFMYCHA063 detergent tablets is recommended, any other product used that would cause damage is discouraged.
