Freestanding Vacuum Machine iSensor M with 3 Sealing Bars - 460 mm and 680 mm - 40 m3/h

This Freestanding Vacuum Machine iSensor M is ideal for professionals such as restaurants, hotels, or supermarkets. With dimensions L 930 x D 607 x H 1046 mm, it features two vertical bars of 460 mm and one horizontal bar of 680 mm. These allow for double seals of 2 x 4 mm. It includes a Busch vacuum pump 40 m3/h made in Germany.

Suitable for professional use, its opening system is automatic. Additionally, it has an automatic mode allowing you to achieve perfect packaging without supervision or settings. This professional vacuum machine is equipped with sensor technologies and an LCD screen. Equipped with 10 programs, it includes an oil self-cleaning system called AutoClean Oil.

Moreover, it is equipped with a patent guaranteeing the optimal vacuum percentage for each food as well as a patent regulating the sealing time and temperature for each cycle. Its Soft Air functionality allows the packaging of delicate foods and the Vac + ensures additional vacuum for porous foods. Finally, it includes a patented system of automatic machine calibration.

Its Multi Cycle Vacuum function allows the repetition of consecutive vacuum cycles and the Vacuum Standby maintains the vacuum inside the chamber for an indefinite period.
