Ideal for catering professionals, this Professional Fryer from the Kitchen Line range has a 6 L stainless steel tank allowing you to cook large quantities of fries. Made of 18/0 stainless steel, it is particularly strong and reliable. Its temperature range can vary from 50°C to 190°C. To protect and ensure the quality of the oil, this fryer has a cold zone. It measures L 265 x D 430 x H 290 mm.

Thanks to its removable tank, this fryer is easy to clean. Furthermore, it is equipped with a removable heating element with an automatic shut-off function when removed. It also has a light indicating whether the heating element is working and a safety thermostat protecting the fryer from overheating. For additional protection, it has a reset function.
