Ideal for catering professionals, it includes a stainless steel frame that is both durable and robust. Additionally, it is equipped with a machined cast iron plate certified for food contact with a diameter of 40 cm and a large diameter 6-branch burner for even heat distribution.

Furthermore, it features a manual temperature regulation function for the plate. You can adjust the temperature between 50°C and 300°C for precise cooking. Additionally, its burner is thermally insulated to prevent heat loss. Finally, the device has a recessed front panel for easy cleaning and better resistance. Its wide feet ensure excellent stability.
