Ideal for catering professionals, this Potato Peeler Kitchen Line is designed for professional use. Suitable for all kitchens, it allows you to quickly peel large quantities of potatoes and other vegetables. In fact, it can peel 5 Kg of potatoes in just 3 minutes or 70 to 100 Kg per hour.

Furthermore, it peels potatoes using an abrasive disc with agitators and abrasive pads located inside the drum. These are made of high-quality stainless steel and are therefore durable, efficient, and easy to clean. It also has a polycarbonate cover that allows you to keep an eye on the process. Its control panel is equipped with an 8-minute timer and control lights.

Easy to use, this professional peeler is equipped with a sensor that stops the peeler when the cover is opened for optimal safety. It also has a water connection and drainage to rinse the potatoes during peeling. Its base is equipped with plastic feet to ensure excellent stability. For secure floor mounting, two feet have fixing plates.

Additionally, the device includes a peel collector with two containers, one of which is perforated. This prevents clogging of the wastewater evacuation system.
