This Mixed Oven Cook Pro with 6 Levels GN 1/1 with Left Hinged is ideal for restaurants, caterers, hotels, or communities. It allows you to prepare between 40 and 110 meals per day. Powerful, it includes 6 levels of GN 1/1 type spaced 68 mm apart. With dimensions L 760 x D 710 x H 750 mm, it includes 3 cooking modes: convection (from 30 °C to 260 °C), mixed (from 30 °C to 260 °C), and saturated steam (from 30 °C to 130 °C).

Moreover, it is equipped with a MultiSteam system ensuring a double steam injection up to 5 times denser and faster than traditional systems. Its patented technology SmartWind, on the other hand, guarantees faster and perfectly homogeneous cooking thanks to the intelligent management system of the rotation direction and the two speeds of the turbines. It also includes a DryOut Plus system for active moisture extraction from the cooking chamber, notably thanks to low-pressure technology. As a result, your food will be crispy and golden very quickly.

Furthermore, this professional mixed oven is equipped with an automatic cleaning system MyCare and an ultra-fast and safe cooling (Automatic CoolDown). Its preheating is ultra-fast and automatic. Regeneration, on the other hand, is done manually. Additionally, this oven has a water recovery system with automatic drainage that works even when the door is open. It is equipped with an LED screen and LED lighting.

For added safety, this oven includes IPX5 protection against splashes and water jets. Its handle and components are made of plastic and are treated with antibacterial properties. Easy to clean, it is equipped with C-shaped slides with an anti-tilt system and a double-glazed low-emissivity tilting door. The oven emits a visual and acoustic signal at the end of cooking.

Finally, its cooking chamber with rounded edges, very resistant, is fully welded. It includes a drain and a siphon.
