This Mixed Oven Cook Master is ideal for catering professionals. It is perfectly suited for restaurants, hotels, bars and gastrobars, catering services, communities, or even supermarkets. With dimensions L 760 x D 710 x H 750 mm, it has 6 levels of GN 1/1 type and allows you to prepare between 40 and 110 meals per day.

Moreover, this appliance is equipped with three cooking modes: convection (from 30°C to 260°C), mixed convection + steam (from 30°C to 260°C), and saturated steam (from 30°C to 130°C). It is also equipped with SmartWind technology allowing faster and more even cooking, notably thanks to the intelligent management system of the rotation direction and turbine speeds. The patented MultiSteam technology ensures double steam injection 5 times faster and denser than traditional systems.

On the other hand, this professional mixed oven has active moisture extraction from the cooking chamber thanks, in particular, to its low-pressure technology. In this way, you will obtain ultra-fast crispy and golden food. It also includes 40 programs each with 3 cooking phases. Easy to use, it has a multi-program keyboard allowing direct access to 7 programs.

This oven is also equipped with a single-point internal probe, an automatic Mycare cleaning system, an LED screen, and LED lighting. Furthermore, the automatic CoolDown function allows ultra-fast and safe cooling for cleaning. In addition to its manual regeneration, it ensures ultra-fast automatic preheating.

To signal the end of cooking, the appliance emits a visual and acoustic signal. Its double-glazed hinged door with low emissivity is easy to clean. The same goes for its C-shaped slides with anti-tilt system and its plastic handle with antibacterial treatment. Made of AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel with rounded edges, the cooking chamber is very resistant and fully welded. It has an integrated drain and siphon. Finally, the appliance is equipped with a water recovery system with automatic drainage, even with the door open, as well as IPX5 protection against splashes and water jets.
