Professional Slicer 300

The professional slicer is equipped with an inclined stainless steel blade as well as a sharpener, ensuring you a perfect cut every time. Its shell is made of aluminum.

You can adjust the cutting thickness from 1 mm to 15 mm. The knife rotation speed is 186 rpm.

This professional ham slicer is suitable for restaurants, butchers, caterers, or supermarkets. This slicer will allow you to cut all kinds of small sausages or smoked meats as well.   

Use continuously for 15 minutes, and resume use after a break to prevent overheating.  

It is designed for cutting cheese or charcuterie.
