Description

Fryer on Chest - 2 x 10 L

This Electric Fryer on Chest has 2 tanks of 10 liters. From the brand SOFRACA, it is entirely made of stainless steel for guaranteed durability. It also features rounded corners for easy cleaning.

It is equipped with a drain tap, a filtering bulb cover and a fully removable control box to ensure easy maintenance. The stainless steel legs are adjustable up to 150 mm with the possibility of fixing them to the floor. The drain tap has a high flow rate with a perfectly insulated tank with a gauge (min-max).

A resistance is integrated with the thermostatic bulbs and the reset of the safety thermostat is done inside the chest.

Thanks to its 2 independent frying zones, its 2 thermostats and its power of 12,000 W, this fryer is ideal for high-volume catering professionals.
