Powered by 220 V, it operates in environments up to 40°C, suitable for hot kitchens in full service.
Large storage capacity: with a volume of 590 L distributed over 4 levels of grids of 670 x 530 mm, this cabinet absorbs the stock of a full service. The inner tank of 1615 x 695 x 585 mm offers vertical storage that limits the floor space to 775 x 723 mm.
	Controlled positive cooling from 0 to +8°C: the static cooling maintains a range of 0 to +8°C ideal for fresh products sensitive to drying out (meats, dairy products, preparations).
