Electric Professional Plancha - Small Model

This plancha or "grill plate" works electrically. It will perfectly adapt to your establishment. The grilling plate is made of smooth cast steel, the exterior is made of 18/10 stainless steel on 4 plastic feet with adjustable jacks.

This plancha is very easy to use as it only has two buttons: On/Off and Thermostat. Additionally, it has a thermostatic heating indicator. Its temperature in electric version is variable from 50 °C to 300 °C. This plancha is perfect for cooking without fat and therefore healthier. It is ideal for cooking your meats, fish, vegetables...

It has injectors for natural gas and nozzles for propane. Delivered with a scraper. Parts delivered separately for installation for use in France. Bottle gas 37 mbar.
