Planetary Mixer - Heavy Duty - 20 L

Ideal for catering professionals, this Planetary Mixer is suitable for heavy-duty use. It has a stainless steel bowl with a capacity of 20 L, allowing for mixing up to 5 kg of flour. With dimensions of L 500 x D 560 x H 880 mm, it features 3 speeds: 197, 317, and 462 revolutions per minute.

The mixer's structure is made of high-quality cast steel. Its cover is injection-molded, and its safety cover is designed with chrome-plated wire. Sturdy and durable, this mixer can be used safely, thanks in particular to its safety switches and overload protection. Its safety switches work for the height as well as for the presence of the bowl.

Easy to use, its control panel is mechanical. Additionally, it has a handle for lifting the bowl into place.

Sold with a bowl, a mixer, a whisk, and a stainless steel spiral.
