Negative Cooling Element - GN 1/1

This Negative Cooling Element - GN 1/1 has been designed for use in Thermoboxes, and maintains the temperature between -12°C and -10°C for 3 to 4 hours, thanks to the eutectic plate.

Before use: freeze at -18°C for 24 hours or until completely frozen. You can check by shaking the element, and if you don't hear anything, it means it's ready for use.

Perfect for catering professionals, its dimensions are 530 x 325 x (H) 30 mm.
