In 1980, Charles DEBALLY founded the company Codimatel to sell commercial kitchen equipment. An engineer, he wanted to market the products he manufactured. Quickly, he stood out while his market became increasingly competitive. His technique is not only to sell his products but to modernize them. Giving kebab grills, sausage warmers, crepe makers, and salamanders are his flagship products.

But this family business wants to modernize its methods and techniques by working on its quality/price ratio and its storage capacity.
