Equipped with a 7.6-liter Stainless Steel bowl with handles, the large capacity of this RM 8 Robot-Coupe mixer beater allows restaurant professionals to easily and efficiently prepare both savory and sweet dishes, thanks to its 10 indexed speeds and its 3 efficient tools:

  • The whisk: which can whip up to 16 egg whites, from 60 to 600 revolutions/minute according to your requirements.
  • The beater: which mixes or beats up to 1.5 kg of softened butter, at medium speed (from 60 to 420 revolutions/minute)
  • The spiral: which kneads up to 4 kg of bread dough at slow speed (60 to 80 revolutions/minute).

Furthermore, the very rounded bottom of the bowl facilitates dough work and also allows you to work with very small quantities with a perfect result.
